Maybe, maybe not....

Don't know if I'll actually make this but I loved the idea of a simple cream organza vest with (my favorite ) red and turquoise combo...

The back of the top has red flowers with simple, slim turquoise stems..

PS- Excuse the roughness of the sketch, I wanted to get it down before I forgot it.

  1. When you say vest do you mean like a layering option, like the sweater or is it just like a shirt, just want to make sure....
I'm sure how you truly envision the flower pattern, but I feel like it should make a bolder statement.. maybe it's a more organic and fluid pattern where the turquoise bleeds into the red or maybe it's some type of gradient or the colors intertwine somehow.. and the pattern maybe is asymmetrical somehow. Or maybe it's in the subtle details. Perhaps the design is the red and the enclosures are turquoise or vice versa. That's my Frankie sense... =]

  2. hmmmm i am not that great with fashion but i have to say i'm not loving the cream as a base colour. but i do love the simplicity of the design. less is more is generally my approach to life and so unlike a lot of things i see in magazines or on the runway (cuz you know i get invited to those things all the time), i could see myself wearing this.

  3. It's more of a shirt than a layering piece and I have to say, the simplicity of this piece is what I love the most...

  4. I really enjoy this design, there is an element of surprise with the back design. But I do think that more can be done with this vest. In order to make a bolder statement use different colors. The simplicity of the design demands an eye catching element. I think that a turquoise and red combination will do the trick. Is it also possible to also play around a bit with the vest concept. What can you add to it to make it different then what your buyer may usually see.

  5. i think you should keep it simple just make the plain organza vest and let the wearer decide what they want to layer underneath that way you have more options
